The Best, you can’t ask for a better group of instructors. Both of my kids learned a lot from BMAA. It has made them more confident and improved their day to day accountability. We can’t thank Vince enough for the years of training in the karate and jujitsu programs.

Great culture of practicioners, classes available for different age groups in the family. Offered are complimentary styles of Kenpo, BJJ, Muay Thai, and lesser known but growing FMA. Dedicated knowledgeable instructors and advanced students, some of whom have utilized their skill sets in real-world application.

We have been going to this place for over 4 years and it's just getting more and more addictive - we have now 3 family members attending their classes 😊 and they truly enjoy it! I don't think places like this should be judged only by customer service - but more by the teaching style. You can have great customer service and bad trainers. This place is like a second family to us!
