I’ve trained BJJ for 15 years and BST Jiu Jitsu is some of the best training I have ever gotten. The training here is intense and if you have passion for martial arts you’ll get so much out of it. Coach Sean is extremely hard working and pushes all of his students to be the best athletes they can be. I recommend it for anyone who loves martial arts, is looking to get in shape, or just trying to find a new hobby.

Starting BJJ with no experience sounded intimidating at first, but at BST I was welcomed and treated like I’ve been training there for years. I’ve grown super close with the coaches and grapplers and have already gotten a few competition wins under my belt. I would 100% recommend to anyone to come by for their first free class.

Top jiu jitsu academy on the east coast. Sean is not only a fantastic instructor but leader, pushing his students by his example everyone’s skills excel relative to their progress as someone who’s been to as many gyms as I have there’s plenty that don’t stand out and some that do this is one of those rooms that you enter and you not only feel the energy but once you feel their skill you know it’s the spot to go

BST Jiu‑Jitsu is the real deal. I was recently brought on as an instructor to start a Muay Thai program at his BST, and from my relatively short tenure, and as a former BJJ practitioner, I can safely say that the grappling curriculum here is exceptional. Head coach and owner Sean leads from the front with unmatched passion and commitment to both the art and his students. Sean and his students are hungry competitors and also incredibly friendly, creating a unique atmosphere where you feel welcomed into the family almost immediately. If you’re anywhere near the area, do yourself a favor and check out BST and they will surely have something to offer to your game.
