A great way to build confidence in kids. The Kids Training course has a variety of times during the week to attend, including evenings and weekends. We were offered a free session just to check it out and make sure it was a fit. The classes build on each other up until a "test" of your skills, and it will prepare your kids for those moments you hope never happen. Self-defense at its best.
I have been going to Be Formidable for almost two years and the expertise and knowledge of the trainer is second to none! The fitness and boxing classes are high intensity and the Krav Maga classes have taught me in such a short time how to protect and defend myself in any situation where my life may be in danger. Most of all, there is such a caring and fun vibe from George and his family that makes it so much fun to show up! I would recommend Be Formidable to anyone!
It’s not often you find instructors like George! He makes classes both fun and challenging in the best ways. You don’t get bored going to the gym because each class is different and the environment is always positive! This place has definitely set the standard and you won’t be disappointed!
George is awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable,patient,answers all questions throughly,and it is a real fun environment.I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get a great physical workout and expert self defense training!
After trying multiple gyms and workouts I have found the one that has gotten me in my best shape. This is no franchise with one size fits all workout. No workout is the same. Every workout challenges each individual and training is at a one to six ratio, so George can ensure that the form and substance is perfect for each student! Whether you are an early morning person or an after work person the hours are great for all...definitely the place to go!
Simply put, George is the best! Great work out no matter the class (though I have several favorites). He is so patient and has a way of bringing out the best in everyone that comes through the door. Having recently had a double knee replacement, I had serious anxiety about hurting myself and doubts about my ability to take part in class. I participate fully in class, and I know that, because of George, my range of motion is far better than it would have been if I didn't go to Be Formidable. The functional workouts make doing every day tasks easier. I would not be where I am today without him. He is one of a kind. I can't say enough about him. Best instructor ever...period.
Great place to train. I don’t believe that you can find a better instructor. His knowledge and abilities to work with you to get you to be the best you can be are top notch and outstanding. In my opinion you won’t find a better place to train . Come try it , you’ll see.

Great place for training that you cannot get anywhere else- George is great! I’ve been going since ‘20 and am in the best shape I’ve ever been. What’s even better are the skills I’ve learned to protect myself and kids in this crazy world we live. Classes are always challenging and never the same each time. Highly recommend.
I am truly grateful to be able to train with THE BEST instructor. Not only am I confident that I could defend myself, I have a greater sense of awareness. I'm more flexible and stronger. I can not begin to express how great it is to be able to train here.
