  Excellent place if you want to learn discipline and self defense or just learn the coaches there want you to be better they actually teach you the correct technique, I've only been going for two months and I love it and I have made a lot of improvement if you want to learn this gym is the best for that

  I love this gym!!! The coaches are great and very knowledgeable. There’s something for every level. I knew absolutely nothing about boxing. The Beginning Adult Boxing class has taught me the fundamentals I need as I journey to the next level.

  We were at this school with my daughter for Colon's Grappling Challenge Tournament. This school is top notch! Facility is clean and has everything to learn martial arts. Tournament was well organized and ran better than some of the bigger ones. Owner put a lot of hard into this event. Thank you for inviting my daughter.

  This is the place to train if you want the best results and to be at the top of your game. The coaches are amazing and will get you where you need to be. The team is amazing and will keep you going to reach your goals! I will forever train with Team Colón, not only have I found my permanent gym, I found a Family!

  Greatest gym experience I’ve ever had. The curriculum is put together very well, the information is presented in a way you can really build off of and retain easily. All the people you work with are knowledgeable and very eager to help you grow. There is a serious passion for jiu jitsu and mma that I haven’t found anywhere else. I love this gym and always look forward to going. Can’t say enough good things about the people here.
