Kids have been training with Steve since they were eight and 11. He’s a great coach. He builds up their confidence and never scream at them when they lose a match at tournaments. Just tell some back to the gym to fix our mistakes. They are now almost 16 and 18. Highly recommend Team Colon premier MMA

This gym is the best gym in the region and will get you to all your goals while letting you learn basic fundamentals. I have been training with Team Colón for 4 months now and I have been taught the correct way to fight and feel more confident now than I ever have been. Note…. Hard work is involved but it will pay off. A1 facility as well as amazing people to work with, some of the best trainers and coaches in the world work here.
