    I've been training at Ares Tactical for 3 years now, and it's safe to say I won't ever be going to another gym. Damien has trained me for both of my boxing fights, taught me self defence techniques, led me up mountains, taken me through a power lifting course, massively improved my physical and mental health, and has become one of the closest friends I could have ever asked for. I have met some of the most incredible people in this gym, and we have become a family from all walks of life. Starting at this gym has been the best decision I have ever made, and seeing the gym grow has been an absolute pleasure. Born in battle, tested in life.

    I cannot recommend this gym enough. 3 years I have been attending and Damien has helped me through many tough times. Up and down 3 mountains and trained me for my 2 fights. Always a welcoming atmosphere even if you are away for a few months. It's like 1 BIG family 👍🏻

    I just want to say what a wonderful atmosphere to be part of at Ares. It’s a family run business with each person working on something different. Coaches and members constantly supporting each other and being super friendly and non judgemental to anyone that walks through the door! The classes are great and the coaching is top notch! Great for any health and d fitness related goals as well as having an open gym at a very reasonable rate! Classes are well structured and well priced, so total value for money! Massive recommend to everyone (and that’s not even me being biased) 💪

    If you want lots of mirrors and people wearing the latest training gear to look good then go elsewhere! 😄.. if your serious about self defence, getting fit and stronger or want to learn how to improve your combat skills then look no further. Great friendly clientele who create a ‘team’ experience - encouraging, helping and of course having some fun whilst working hard .. no pain no gain! Recommend.
