    Fantastic gym! Appalachia training center offers multiple classes in Wrestling and BJJ for adults and children of any age. huge plus! Another thing that helps the gym stand apart is the hours provided . I’m excited and looking forward to coming and training here . If you’re looking for a gym to train or encourage your kids in a sport they enjoy look for Appalachia training center ! You will not be disappointed !

    I have trained with Graham for many years in Jujitsu and he has always pushed me to be a better grappler. His background in wrestling and year of jujitsu has made him excellent and I’ve seen him first hand teaching, which he excels at. I came to the gym for the grand opening and it was professional, clean, spacious, and safe. I highly recommend Graham and his skill, leadership and teaching prowess to develop scrappy grapplers.

    What an Incredible place to train! The ATC will be a staple for the best Grapplers in WNC and I'm looking for future champions to come out of here. The Vibe is unmatched and you can tell a lot of love went in to the making of this Training Center. Totally unique and exactly what we needed here in Bryson City
