One of the best training environments I've seen aside from the main facility at Coconut Creek. Great instruction, real training with top notch instruction, and a very welcoming group of staff. UPDATE (Long read): If you’re looking to get fit, learn real self-defense, or build discipline, this is the place to be. Oh my lord — this place has completely exceeded expectations I didn’t even know I had! The coaches here are AMAZINGGG. Coach Douglas, Dhiego, Brantley, and Samer are all incredibly thorough in how they teach, and they’ve helped me progress so much already. The classes are always interesting and give me the craziest workouts. Coach Dez is also incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to MMA. He’s always mixing things up and giving you the perfect “recipes” to take on any fighter. His classes are fun, exciting, and full of energy. This gym is truly for EVERYONE — it doesn’t matter your fitness level or martial arts background, they break everything down and teach you exactly what you need to know. I’m a 4th degree black belt in Taekwondo, so I came in with some experience in the world of martial arts — but since joining, I’ve completely expanded my horizons. There’s still so much more to learn, and I’m loving every second of it. The front desk staff are so kind and always on top of things — they really make sure everyone feels welcome. Beto is super attentive and takes great care of you. I seriously love this gym, and I’m so glad I made the decision to train here. It’s completely changed my life for the better and made me a better martial artist all around. I’ve been training for over a year and I have seen so much progress. They make sure all their students understand what they’re doing and are very welcoming to newcomers. Needless to say this place has become a second home to me and I’m blessed enough to call everyone here family.

Had a great trial class at this gym while trying to decide where I want to train after moving to the area. The gym has a great atmosphere and an impressive attendance. I’m still figuring out whether the rates, distance, and schedule make sense for me right now, but the quality of instruction, mat space, and training partners all hit the mark. This gym has a very strong program where students can expect plenty of development potential.

The level of skill amongst the coaches in this gym is insane 🔥 Such a dedicated, professional, caring and welcoming team. My 16 year old travels from the UK several times a year for 3 months at a time to train here, he loves it, and the people in there, coaches and students alike. They look out for him for well and do an amazing job coaching. Highly recommend Team Lima 👌🏼
