Training BJJ and other various styles of self defense with Brian is always something I enjoy. I highly recommend working with him and his team. Brian is an excellent teacher and can work very easily with all levels of knowledge. Can't wait to get back in there!

I cannot recommend this place enough. A deep, and thorough understanding of the world of grappling and a way to learn it that comes easy with great care and manner all comes together when training here. You will leave here with knowledge you can retain and carry with you as they make it simple, yet challenging to push your goals and reach new levels until you’re ready for more advanced teaching. Many years of experience and achievement will be passed on to those willing to take on the task of becoming a student here, and the reward is worth the work.
