Did a 6am drop in. The black belts here really help you with detail. They also roll during practice hours. Felt like home away from home. I’ll be joining the gym while I stay in the area!

I frequently train when I’m in Boise for board meetings and seminars. Usually I’m on the west side where I train at the Eagle location. However, when I’m staying downtown or on the east side I drop in here. I really appreciate Victor’s instruction and insight. Rolling with him is next level. It reminds me of when my wrestling coach in high school would bring his Olympian friends to town to train us. Victor is a world class athlete of that caliber.

Been training with Alliance Jiu-Jitsu at this location for close a year now. I enjoy training with Victor very much. I am 62 years old, and he is extremely sensitive to the struggles I have with the aging process. I appreciate his efforts to help me be my best. That is most important element of Jiu Jitsu, I am not learning skills, Victor is teaching me how to be a better version of myself, each day!

World class Brazilian Jujitsu facility and family friendly environment! From the ownership, to the management, to the professors teaching the class, by far the most knowledgeable in the business today! Also the kids classes are fun and have high cardiovascular workouts. They will gain core strength, agility, balance and coordination through Alliance BJJ. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alliace East Boise to anybody.

I am an beginner in my late 30’s and was hesitant to come back to jiu jitsu because of an injury. After moving back to the treasure valley I was recommended to train at Alliance. Alliance is so great with controlling the training environment for beginners like me, this gives me the confidence to continue my journey in a safe and fun trajectory. The work outs are great and Victor, the coach who trains me, puts incredible focus on teaching correct technique. So grateful for Alliance Boise!

This is an incredible place to get some traditional BJJ training at. My son and I love it so much. The instructors and front desk staff are amazing and they will make you feel like family. Cons: They have changed the requirements in attaining a new belt 3 times in 3 months. Disappointed. Children are crying at belt checks because they aren't getting stripes on their belts. If you are going to set a standard / stick to it.
