Did a 6am drop in. The black belts here really help you with detail. They also roll during practice hours. Felt like home away from home. I’ll be joining the gym while I stay in the area!
Posted 1 year agoI frequently train when I’m in Boise for board meetings and seminars. Usually I’m on the west side where I train at the Eagle location. However, when I’m staying downtown or on the east side I drop in here. I really appreciate Victor’s instruction and insight. Rolling with him is next level. It reminds me of when my wrestling coach in high school would bring his Olympian friends to town to train us. Victor is a world class athlete of that caliber.
Posted 1 year agoThis is an incredible place to get some traditional BJJ training at. My son and I love it so much. The instructors and front desk staff are amazing and they will make you feel like family. Cons: They have changed the requirements in attaining a new belt 3 times in 3 months. Disappointed. Children are crying at belt checks because they aren't getting stripes on their belts. If you are going to set a standard / stick to it.
Posted 2 years agoMy family has been a member of Alliance for a little over a year and we have been so happy with the experience. My workplace recently held a private Self Defense class taught be Alliance. It was very informative and fun. The instructors did a great job of teaching us defensive moves and helping us practice. We left feeling comfortable in our abilities. Thank You Alliance!
