Don't know if I can do better than Jay's review, which I agree with completely, except to add why I love Aikido: it is a peacemaking art that is also great exercise (burpees for an hour or really cool throws?) and ever so slightly spiritual. No board breaking, lots of partner work. Please join us!

A second home and a family of friends, all training hard to become better people and martial artists. 2021 is my sixth year here. My advice: just go for it!! 🤙🤙🥋
