Joining the Self Defense Club has been a game-changer. It’s more than just self-defense—it’s about building discipline, boosting self-confidence, and tackling stress and anxiety. The workouts are tough but rewarding, and the focus on anti-bullying empowers you to stand up for yourself and others. If you want to grow stronger, both mentally and physically, this is the place to be.

Arthur is an excellent self-defense instructor who creates a positive and engaging learning environment for children. He is patient, attentive, and skilled at teaching techniques in a way that is both fun and easy to understand. My children has gained confidence and valuable skills through his clases. 😁👌

Arthur Dib is an amazing instructor. He makes sure that your cardio is top notch along with a great way of teaching self defense that can be used by everyone. It's obvious that he absolutely loves what he does and it's evident in how he teaches his students. I would highly recommend him to anyone wanting to become more confident, learn self defense and also get in better physical condition.
