I have been through 5 classes with Shield BJJ and I am hooked. The classes are tough but rewarding. The whole team helps you think through the movements instead of just going in blind. Excited to learn more each class we attend!

Amazing place to train to learn a new skill and build up you confidence along with getting in shape. Ricardo is an amazing instructor that knows the sport inside and out. He works with you to help you learn the moves the correct way and most importantly he is very patient with his students. If you are new or seasoned and want to enjoy the sport Ricardo is definitely the best instructor. I personally have learned a lot and look forward to every class because the environment is fun and full of positive energy.

Awesome gym. I switched from another local gym because the team has become like a family and the Coach is passionate about our success. Coach Rato tailors the experience to each individual to make sure you are getting pushed in the right ways to succeed. The instruction is top notch and has greatly improved my game.
