Joining shield has been one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I had trained out of state previously and I can say Professor Rato is the epitome of an amazing instructor. His knowledge and technique are world class. He has created an incredibly supportive and positive atmosphere that brings out the best in each student no matter the age or skill level. Amazing place to train to learn a new skill and build up you confidence along with getting in shape. Ricardo is an amazing instructor that knows the sport inside and out. He works with you to help you learn the moves the correct way and most importantly he is very patient with his students. If you are new or seasoned and want to enjoy the sport Ricardo is definitely the best instructor. I personally have learned a lot and look forward to every class because the environment is fun and full of positive energy.
