We have Four kids at 4 Towers martial arts, they love it and they even are behaving much better at school and home, they have learn more discipline and respect for others and themselves, I recommended for everyone
my son has been going there for a while now and we truly really do love it, learning martial arts has brought out a side of him that has truly been beautiful to see. We recently went to our first tournament and it was a great experience from start to finish, we were informed of how it’ll play out leading up to the day and again when we got there and that’s exactly how it happened, the food and ice cream outside were a plus for sure ! never change 4 towers martial arts !!
100% recommend this school the RESPECT , THE DISCIPLINE THE LOVE OF TEACHING its something that we can clearly see here ! We went to a tournament of this school and it was amazing how well organized was and the respect to every sensei there ! The kids definitely had a lot of fun 😊 and they never lost focus on having the kids having fun! We enjoyed being there 💪
We love 4 Towers Martial Arts! Our son is 5, and loves attending. He has learned so much patience and self-discipline in the few months he’s been going. He had his first tournament this past weekend and was able to get metals in both areas he competed in. The competition had food trucks and ice cream, and my son didn’t want to leave. We absolutely love 4 Towers Martial Arts!
My son loves 4 towers, the sensei is a great mentor, and we love how much he has learned in just few months. The tournament was a great event, and we all had a fantastic time!!!

Our son loves this school! Sensei Butch is PHENOMENAL with all of his young students. He teaches the kids the importance of having strong moral character as well karate. We recently attended our first tournament and found it very lively and fun!

Got my kids at this dojo after doing some research around.my kids are very happy and we as a parents too. It feels like family,and a the same time they are very professional. this past week end,was our first ever event and all my family enjoyed,thank you Mr and Ms Torres.we gonna be there for sure next year!
4 Towers Martial Arts just hosted another amazing tournament! Every year you think "they can't top last time" and every year they do just that. I love that 4Towers hosts multiple rings in order to break up age groups and keep things flowing as quickly as possible. Karate tournaments are always a long all day affair and it cannot be avoided. Most families come prepared for that. But if this was your first experience let me just tell you how spoiled you were. Food trucks, games in the cafeteria, Ronin walking around to take pictures with kids. It was great!! Typically you can just sit there and wait. My favorite part this year was the break after Kata and weapons to celebrate the grand champions. Before moving on to the sparring portion. Many students do not participate in that category and it makes for a much longer day to have the rest of the competitors wait for the grand champions ceremony. This tournament the Sensei's were amazing to think ahead and only make the students who signed up to spar wait until the end. There were easily over 100 young warriors in attendance and I feel like so much care was put into having the best day possible! 4 Towers - Thank you for another great experience!!!
I went to watch my little brother compete and I had a great time. When the mascot Ronin ran around my brother went crazy and loved him. I enjoyed that they did grand champion before sparring so kids got to unwind some before sparring. I love all the effort they put into this tournament and it shows.
I have been associated with 4 Towers for the last few years. The Tournaments are first class, very professional yet family friendly. I can not find fault in any way with how the whole team and Sensei's conduct themselves both at the Dojo or at the Tournaments. I would 100% recommend anybody to visit the Dojo and see for themselves the friendliness and expert tuition that is offered from Sensei's Torres.....
This place is amazing and the Sensei is incredible and cares about every child that competes. The family that left the bad reviews have no idea what they are talking about. This place is amazing and the people are even better.
Went to the same event (Nov. 5, 2022) the negative reviewers (who are all the same family for the 1 child) went to and they must have not read the brochure which EXPLICITLY outlined where the events were located (ring #) and WHEN they would be taking place. They clearly left before their child could compete so they could leave a bad review. These ladies were completely classless and I honestly feel bad for their child(ren) who watch and learn from this atrocious behavior. These ladies made an embarrassing spectacle of themselves demanding refunds and cursing at the Sensei’s. Gross behavior. Fun fact - the family of this child have also been banned from their child’s dojo and all future tournaments. 4 Towers hosted a tournament this past Saturday with a mascot, games (cornhole and connect 4), a food truck, an ice cream truck, medals, swords for grand champions, a DJ…they went all out to make this an enjoyable experience for not just the competitors but for their spectators as well. My son has been coming to 4 Towers for 2 years and Sensei Butch is absolutely amazing with the children. He is fun and challenges his students to be their absolute best in all aspects - honor, respect, courage, and discipline. He does not just hand out belts but rather waits until the child is ready and has been practicing. Sensei Butch also gives you the first class free to determine if you and your child would like to continue coming.

The Ronin Samuri Challenge of 2022 tops them all. To hear the Sensi tell this kids that this should be a fun event for them was incredible. To watch him go from ring to ring, prompting the parents to cheer on the kids, ALL THE KIDS, was heartfelt and reminded us they were the future of martial arts. Sportsmanship and respect at its finest. This was our third time at this tournament and already put on our calendar for next year.

I’m shocked to hear some of the negativity on the tournament last week, I’ve been to several other tournaments and 4 towers martial arts every year go above and beyond for the kids.Definitely by far the best tournament I have ever attended. Maybe once you attend other tournaments you will feel differently.
My son attends this dojo for over a year and I have no complaints. The tournament that was held this last Saturday was amazing and very organized. My son had a blast like always!! Thank you sensei butch!

They just had an amazing event. It was well organized and laid out. The weeks and days leading up to the event, it was explained to everyone what the schedule for it would look like. The Sensei created a great, fun, respectful atmosphere with a great team of assistants who helped run the event and assist any parents with questions and needs in a respectful and professional manner. Especially when dealing with the very few, difficult individuals who were rude, immature, impatient, disrespectful and entitled. They handle it professionally. They went above and beyond having music, food, drinks, ice cream, games and a fun “halftime” show. They hosted a great event. It was well planned and executed.
I am so pleased with my son's first tournament experience with 4 Towers Martial Arts' promoting! All of the staff were so professional and courteous! My son had a wonderful experience and I am looking forward to the next one!
I recently went to a tournament hosted by this school and while there was a small delay at one point, the printed brochures as well as the staff there were extremely helpful in finding where my younger cousin was competing.
This is the 4th year my son has competed at the Ronin Samurai Challenge and ever year it gets better. The flyer states the rings in which age group will be competing. So we are able to set up to watch our son compete. The order of this tournament is the same as every other tournament; forms, weapons, and then fighting. I can not wait to see what next year has in store!

I trained here for a bit as a child and loved it! Now I am good friends with the owners, they know what they are doing, they teach very practical skills. Instructors here are amazing!
My daughter has been going here for a little over two months now and she loves it! Every day she asks if it's time to go to Karate! (lol) It's also helped her attitude a lot which helps this mama at home. We both love it!
This place is amazing!!!! My son loves it and looks forward to every class. He also teaches them discipline and respect at home/school. He teaches them life lessons every day. He is committed to every one of the students. I’ve moved quite a bit and my son never really enjoyed going to any of the other places before until we found 4 Towers Martial Arts! Give it a try! Sensei Butch and Sensei Debbie are absolutely amazing. This has been the best thing for my two kids. They enjoy it and the dojo is a wonderful environment, I love the interaction, truly a family oriented place. They also offer other classes besides karate, If you are looking for a great place to go, you’ve found it! I rarely leave reviews and they are more than worth a review. Love it here.
We love 4 towers martial arts!! Since joining in April 2018 my son has learned life long lessons. So thankful for Sensei's dedication to his students. My son is much more disciplined and respectful at school and home!!
Almost a month ago we signed our Granddaughter up for the 4 Towers Martial Arts, after researching several places we heard positive vibes about the 4 Towers. My Granddaughter looks forward to her classes she has learned so much already her listening skills have improved in such a small period of time.! As for the Teacher (Sensei) this man has taken Karate to a new level not only is he able to teach these kids he is firm but very fair with the kids, not to mention his ability to entertain us he's a pretty funny guy. Best decision by far.

My children and my wife go here. I couldn’t ask for a more comprehensive martial arts program. I know based on the skills that they have learned that they can defend themselves if need be. Sensei Butch and Sensei Debbie have created a wonderful learning environment that creates a family atmosphere.
This is a great family organization that teaches your kids Discipline and respect. If you want to learn karate and be able to defend yourself, this is the place the enroll in.
I have studied Martial Arts on and off for forty years in New York. Three years ago I was in Davenport for the winter. I went out for some take out food and in the strip mall I saw a sign KARATE ( 4 Towers Martial Arts ). I was lucky that day, I found the BEST dojo in Florida. Since then I have studied with Sensei Butch every winter . He teaches real life situations and how to defend yourself. This is also a place I would recommend you send your children. He will teach them Focus, Discipline, and Self-Esteem among other skills. Your children will benefit from this training, that will help them with School work and in everyday life. I'm so glad I found 4 Towers Martial Arts....rob.
As parents it is very difficult to trust your children to be taken care of by someone that isn't family. But at 4 Towers Martial Arts, you are family! They care for your child like they are one of their own. Not only do they learn martial arts but they foster a wonderful learning environment. Our son has truly blossomed under their care. My son started taking karate lessons here around April. We have loved the experience. Everyone is like family here. They are instructed quite efficiently by Sensei Butch. I can not recommend this Dojo higher. As soon as you walk in you have a sense of peace & the feeling Sensei knows what he is teaching.
Waited hours to see my nephew's match... It never happened and the sensi didn't seem the least bit concerned.
Went to watch my 5 year old nephew in his first competition and was disappointed at the fact that he or any of the other 5 year Olds didn't get to go. Completely disorganized and rude
If I could pick zero starts I would, they sponsored an event in Davenport today. So we arrive to this event at 9:30 it’s from 10 to 2… it was going to be forms and then sparring. My son is in the five and six year olds which they had a total of FIVE competitors. We sat there through all the forms for every age to well after 2 o’clock, and when I kept asking when my five-year-old was going to compete the sensei running it told me to calm down that this is just how it goes… So I asked for my money back because we were not competing at this point and he said well why did you wait till 230 to complain and I said well because it’s 230 and I thought I would be done by now… 5 years old have a much shorter attention span than 10-18 year olds. Just common sense. We leave and I call the number associated to the event to request a refund for monies paid to enter the competition…. Not the hundred dollars they made off of us because we paid $10 a person for our family to come and watch my child who never even stepped on a mat… on top of that, he was just extremely arrogant when he spoke to me and just told me to refer back to my master with any questions like he’s too important to deal with me.
We waited from 9:30 til 2:30 and my 5 year old never got to compete! They had the older kids go first. Rude and crazy!!!
I went to an event hosted by this studio for my nephew which my family and I paid to get into and the event was very disorganized. The event was suppose to have 5 years old go 1st and the 18 year olds went 1st and my nephew never got to chance to fight. The sensei was disrespectful towards my sister when she went to ask what time the 5 years old were suppose to go on. He treated her like a piece of trash just for asking what was going on.
Horrible experience … We paid for an event (10-2) that my child didn’t even compete in …when we asked for a refund after 4.5 hrs into it and our child still sat waiting … who is five, over they said oh we just waited till now to complain!?!? No organization no schedule
