Is an excellent academy, professors and all personal!!! Good formation for ours kids 100% recommend it!
Absolutely grateful we found this gym! My kids have done wonderful in it and love coming. Great balance between discipline technique and fun! About two weeks ago, my son was encouraged by coach Bruno Diaz to participate in a jiujitsu competition and he ended up getting first place! If you want your kids to learn great techniques, have fun and be tired by the end of the day, I recommend you sign them up ASAP! 👌🏼
Very good place for kids! My daughter loves these classes.
All the staff members are just incredible. I'm amazed on how home your kids can feel and welcomed. Lovely!
I can't say enough wonderful things about BD Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy. The environment is incredibly welcoming and the coaches are top-notch professionals who truly care about their students. Every time we walk through the doors, we are greeted with positive energy and a sense of community that is hard to find. My son absolutely adores his classes here. The excitement he has is palpable—every single morning, without fail, he asks if he has Jiu-Jitsu class that day! The coaches are not only skilled in their craft but also fantastic with children, making each session engaging and fun. If you're looking for a place that combines excellent training with a supportive and enthusiastic environment, look no further. This gym has everything you need to thrive in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu!

Best place ever for your kids Very professionals and dedicated to our children. 100% recommend
“Excellent Jiu-Jitsu academy! Welcoming environment, skilled and knowledgeable instructors with a focus on technical learning and respect. Perfect for beginners and advanced practitioners looking to improve. Highly recommend!”

The Best Jiu-Jitsu Academy in the Orlando FL Area. Not just a regular Jiu-Jitsu Academy, but the best one in Orlando Florida. Come Learn from Elite Blackbelt Bruno Dias.
Qualified and attentive staff , high-level professors who will greatly enhance your child's self-confidence and responsibility. I highly recommend it.
Clean gym with friendly staff. Kids program still appears very new (July 2024) and was not a good place to visit with higher level competitive kids. But good for beginner kids.
Professor Bruno and the staff are awesome. I travel and visited his dojo and i will tell you the staff are very welcoming and talented instructors. From the raw beginner to the most advanced student I highly recommend you train with Professor Bruno and his staff!

I’m an avid jiu jitsu trainer, and I have never been to such an amazing gym. Truly feels like family, and I will 100% recommend to anyone interested in the sport.. also beyond that they offer kids classes from 4 years of age and up, Muay Thai, family open mat, women’s self defense, and not mentioning they often host events free to members! Such a diverse calendar for such an amazing price. Anyone looking to get fit, make friends, and learn a fabulous skill should check out Bruno Dias Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy!
I have been coming to Bruno’s jiu jitsu classes for about a month and I love it! I was welcomed into the team with open arms and I have made so much progress so fast. We are treated like family here and I wouldn’t want to be elsewhereVery clean gym and bathrooms. Lots of activities for the kids including UFC nights for the families. Obrigada Bruno e Mariana! ❤️

The professor is a very pleasant guy and the class is very welcoming. I guarantee that you will get lessons about Brazilian Jujitsu as a sport and as self-defense while getting in shape. The Muay Thai classes are also a massive plus. If anyone is looking for a place to learn some martial arts or a place to get some fitness then I highly recommend Professor Bruno Dias. 10/10!

BD Jiu Jitsu Academy is the place to be if your seeking great customer service paired with professionism and dedication in the arts of Muay Thai. Instructor Bruno Dias does a phenomenal job in his teachings, he is incredibly patient in his lessons as well as compassionate with his students. I would recommend BD Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy in a heartbeat to anyone in the Polk/Lake County area.
Amazing teaching and very respectful community, cleanliness is top tier and i always feel very welcomed!
I have been training at Bruno Dias BJJ academy for 2 weeks and my experience at BD BJJ has already had an extremely positive impact on my life. The biggest lesson I’ve learned so far is to have sheer will power. Martial arts training is difficult but so is life at times, martial arts training is constantly testing your sheer will and mental durability, and I love it. Bruno Dias is an excellent professor not just in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu but in Muay Thai and MMA training as well. The other Professor at BD BJJ is Professor Renato who is a great addition to the martial arts academy, Renato teaches Muay Thai and helps aid BJJ classes. If you put in the time and effort with Professsor Dias and Professor Renato then you can make significant progress fairly quickly but you must work hard and consistently show up. This academy is balanced and very well put together for people who want to train seriously and become an elite combatant and for people who just want to train as hobby. BD BJJ academy is very family oriented there are plenty of classes for children and classes where parents can participate with their children in a class or two and have bonding time with family.
I have been training with professor Bruno Dias for over 2 years. His classes are always detailed, entertaining and fun. As someone with no martial arts background, and being a female, I felt very welcomed from day 1. The gym is clean, people are friendly and the vibe here is we are family.
