Great experience at this jiu-jitsu class! The coaches are knowledgeable and attentive, providing detailed guidance to every student. The environment is welcoming and supportive, perfect for both beginners and advanced practitioners. The class structure is well-organized, focusing on both technique and practical applications. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their skills or start a new journey in martial arts! Our 2 boys liked and look forward for the classes!

I attended a drop-in No-Gi JJ class at noon here. I am still a beginner since I have only been training for over a year, so was nervous going to a different JJ facility for the first time. But I had a great time learning, training and rolling here with them. Coaches Flavio, Doug, Wendy and all the members were nice and welcoming! The facility is also clean and spacious. I highly recommend training at this facility!

Training at Action Reaction is the best decision I’ve ever made! Flavio is the most patient, knowledgeable, and kind coach. He truly makes the experience great and shapes it to your needs. The gym culture is welcoming and family oriented. As a woman, I was worried about starting BJJ but I’ve had nothing but good experiences thanks to Flavio and the gym. Training here has added incredibly to my life. It is also extremely clean! Would 100% recommend to everyone.

I have known him for 9 years and I have trained with him in Abu Dhabi, Thailand, and the USA. If you have been thinking about learning self defense or want to try the amazing art or Jiu Jitsu I highly recommend you stop by ActionReaction Jiu Jitsu Academy. You will love it!!!

Action Reaction is a great place for beginners. I've been coming here for 2 months and I love it. I love how every class focuses on a different technique. Coach Flavio is great at helping you identify and work on techniques that are good for your size and strength. Everyone at Action Reaction is nice and willing to help. Overall, it is a very welcoming atmosphere. I do also want to mention there is no contract, which is perfect for anyone new to the sport and also a major stress reliever.
