    I started my BJJ journey about six months ago in this gym - and I have loved every second so far. I'm almost 40 and I had never practiced any sport in my life but I wanted to do something. I visited some gyms in the area until I found this gym. I knew I found a special place when the students were the ones encouraging me to join - not a sales person or receptionist. The free class made it easy for me to try. I have decided to stay because the culture is fantastic and the instructors are excellent. All color belts are always happy to teach you and let you practice. Teachers pay a lot of attention to each student. If you are remotely interested in BJJ, look no further. This is the place to learn, practice, grow - and if you want - compete at the highest levels.

    This is a great place to learn and practice Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. All of the coaches are awesome, with a great environment and very family friendly.

    My two sons have been taking the kids classes here for the past five years and have learned and grown so much in their BJJ journey. The instructors are wonderful, from Coach Marysia who is a world-class competitor, to all the assistant coaches -- they foster a warm and positive environment while also challenging kids to grow and get better.

    Four months in and really enjoying my time here. Walking into a new martial arts gym not knowing anyone can be difficult, but the people have been super welcoming and open to a newbie, the instructors are fantastic, and the facility has a large training mat that gives everyone plenty of space. I'm getting back into shape and really enjoy the training.

    My kids and I have been training here for the last six months. Everyone loves it. The kids classes are excellent and both kids come away tired and happy. I have been attending the noon classes on weekdays. I have learned a ton, met some new friends and my fitness has never been better.
