  Great gym in Ellesmere Port, very friendly atmosphere which is great for people new to the sport. Tim is a great coach who is always pushing everyone to improve. Highly recommended for new or experienced grapplers!

  Amazing club, amazing coach and amazing team. Great atmosphere and everyone always happy and willing to help you along your journey. Plenty of classes, am and pm, women’s only class and kids classes too. Can’t recommend enough!!!

  High standard. Great coaching. Loads of availability for classes and extra training. Affordable. The support and camaraderie with coaches and team mates is unrivalled. Starting BJJ under Tim has been one of the best decisions I've ever made for my physical and mental well-being. Don't be shy, give him a shout.

  One big family. No egos, just a great community of men, women and children who strive to make everyone around them better. Sukata blackbelt head coach who's active on the comp scene and loads of upper belts who go out of their way to help and accommodate any size and skill. The kids classes are great. One of the best skills I gave to my children is the ability to defend themselves, and its all because of this gym.
