  Great atmosphere. All coaches and students really helpful and friendly which makes a massive difference. I would highly recommend for kids to build confidence and discipline. Adult classes on throughout day and night to accommodate all people and shifts ect 🔱

  Best decision I’ve made, fantastic gym with fantastic coaches. Made welcome from day 1. The classes available to suit my work balance is fantastic. Just an all round great place to be involved in.

  Amazing gym, great facility with a large mat space downstairs and more space upstairs. The coaches here are great, from beginner to advanced they cater to everyone. No politics here everyone just wants to train. Always a welcoming place which also has a strength and conditioning section with top equipment which you can access for an additional price. Definitely the place to be on the Wirral if you're looking to start Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or MMA.

  Fantastic gym, great coaches and students. It's very welcoming to anyone who wants to train, has a lot of classes on so you can train at times to suit yourself.
