Budokan Ju-Jitsu Club is based at Hale youth centre , we offer a full range of options weather you want to train to get your black belt or you want to learn basic self defence we can taylor make your Ju-Jitsu experience.

    All three of our children have attended this club and LOVED it. Our youngest is currently a brown belt. I’ve never know a team of people so dedicated to training young people and adults. I highly recommend this club.

    When i looked into re-starting Ju-Jitsu, I didn't know what to expect or how I'd take to starting again as an adult, but after going to a free taster session I knew this club was where I wanted to learn as the environment was incredibly welcoming and the energy was high you could tell that everybody who was there was passionate about teaching and learning. The Sensei's in the club are highly skilled and incredibly knowledgeable as well as patient, they teach clearly and don't overcomplicate anything you can tell they care about both the students and the sport. If you want to learn self defence, weapons training or just get your fitness levels up then 10/10 i would recommend you come by and give Budokan a go. I'd personally say its becoming one of my biggest passions in life and I'm excited to see where I can go in my journey with it. I hope that anyone looking for a new passion can also find it here.

    Brilliant club both me and my daughter go twice a week and everyone is always friendly and we love it there . The classes are fun and my daughter absolutely loves it. All the instructors always have a lot of time to chat with you and help you out. Great club 10/10 !!!!!!

    I've had such a great experience at this club Sensei Dave, Sensei Paul and Sensei Kirky are truly incredible instructors. They not only bring deep knowledge and skill to every session, but they also foster an environment that promotes discipline, respect, and confidence in every student. The hardest part is walking through the door as a new student but what really sets this club apart is how friendly and welcoming everyone is. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone with experience, you’re treated like family from the moment you walk in. The atmosphere is uplifting, and the sense of community here is something special. Highly recommend to anyone looking to grow mentally, physically, and emotionally in a supportive martial arts environment!

    Amazing place my daughter has been attending this club since 2015 and still has the same motivation to addend as she had at the beginning. Dave and Paul are brilliant instructors with amazing knowledge and patience.
