  I stated taking my son to this club around 4 years ago, I have to say its the best thing I have done, He is now more confident where he was very timid and shy, He is now a blue belt and can protect himself and has been taught first aid, I even joined myself and absolutely love it. The instructors are excellent always keep the class interesting and fun. Great for kids and adults alike, Great value for money with a free taster class. If your looking for an affordable self defence or martial arts class I highly recommend this club.

  Amazing place my daughter has been attending this club since 2015 and still has the same motivation to addend as she had at the beginning. Dave and Paul are brilliant instructors with amazing knowledge and patience.

  17 Feb 2016 As a 46 year old couch potato to walk into Hale youth centre to meet and speak to sensei Dave Williams took all the courage I could find. I'm so glad I did, I've not looked back. I have been going now for several weeks and everybody is friendly and I feel like part of the furniture , in such a small space of time. Dave is a very good teacher. He explains and demonstrates in great detail which has helped me progress. I am hoping to go for my first belt very soon. I am not only getting fitter but have a new set of friends and learning a new art. I highly recommend coming along and giving it a go. If I can do it so can you!

  Sensei Dave made Me feel very welcome and didnt treat me any different even as a beginner. He's got mixed class to so didnt feel put off in any way. Was made to enjoy the fun and entertaning.

  Excellent club to learn Japanese ju jitsu with great knowledgeable instructors and kids and adult classes. Friendly and patient for beginners
