An incredibly well run BJJ grappling gym in Runcorn town. The coaches and their attention to detail is fantastic. The atmosphere is very welcoming with no hint of ego. All sizes and experience levels present and welcome. Would 100% recommend

Highest ranking instructor in the local areas with a very strong base of experienced guys around him to learn from. It’s full time matted training room dedicated to martial arts and great value for money. It’s full of normal people learning an extraordinary marital art and free from the stereotypes that puts many off training- give it a go! I 1st came from another martial art style about 4 years ago and it’s been fantastic
