Mountain Home has a small local BJJ tournament calendar led by Vital Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which runs the Vital Brothers BJJ Championship. Mountain Home Battle on the Mats has also been held in the city.
Around three in five events offer both Gi and No-Gi divisions, using IBJJF rules and single elimination brackets. Kids and absolute divisions are less common. October is the busiest month, with events also in January, March, May and June.
