Real American Grappling V

This is a Kids-Only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Tournament, open to all academies and skill levels, designed to provide young athletes with a positive, structured competition experience.

All matches will be conducted under IBJJF rules, with divisions organized by age, belt, and weight to ensure fair and safe competition.

This event is ideal for:

• First-time competitors looking to gain experience

• Returning competitors preparing for larger IBJJF events

• Athletes focused on technical growth, confidence, and sportsmanship

Brackets, match order, and mat assignments will be managed through Smoothcomp Tournament Software.

Rules & Format

• Ruleset: IBJJF

• Uniform: Gi must follow IBJJF regulations

• Divisions: Kids only (age, belt, and weight-based)

• Match Lengths: According to IBJJF standards for each age group

• Scoring & Refereeing: IBJJF point system and referee guidelines
