Description

Get ready to put your skills to the test as we kick off 2027 at the Coral Springs New Year Open! Join us at the Coral Springs Gymnasium on Saturday, January 23, 2027, for a day of competition.

Whether you’re a seasoned veteran or stepping onto the mats for the first time, our tournament welcomes athletes of all ages and skill levels. With both gi and nogi divisions, this is your chance to test your skills.

The top three athletes in each division will receive custom medals recognizing their hard work and achievement. First-place winners in advanced divisions will also take home the NJJF Championship Belt.

Ready for the ultimate challenge? Enter the nogi absolute division and face athletes from every weight class for the title of Absolute Champion. The winner will secure a spot at The Ultimate Grappler Finale.

Team points will determine the top three youth teams, the top three adult teams, and the overall team champion. Each of those teams will receive an award banner for their academy, and the first-place teams will take home custom NJJF trophies.
