Description
The competition will follow a round robin format under a modified grappling industries ruleset, ensuring each competitor gets multiple matches maximising their time on the mat. if participants are on their own in a division they may be merged with other competitors of similar weight and experience level. Brackets will be released two days before the event.
Safety is a top priority at our event and we have highly trained referees to ensure all matches are conducted safely and fairly. Additionally, professional medics will be on-site throughout the day to handle any medical needs, providing peace of mind for participants and their families. Our family-friendly venue boasts excellent facilities and we aim to create a welcoming and supportive environment for athletes and their family, making it an enjoyable day for everyone.
Medals will be provided for podium finishers.
Entry fee : €40 for 2 divisions €55 for 4 divisions. Gi, No-GI and Absolute divisions. If a participant is alone in a division we will attempt to merge the athlete with a suitable division.
Weigh-ins will take place after check in has been completed. Competitors should arrive 45 minutes before their bracket starts and medals will be handed out immediately after bracket completes. Please keep an eye on match times throughout the day as these are subject to change.
Weigh in Policy :
Gi Division Only
→ Must weigh in wearing a full Gi (jacket, pants, and belt).
→ Weight must meet the limit for your registered Gi weight class.
No-Gi Division Only
→ Must weigh in wearing standard No-Gi attire (rash guard and shorts or spats).
→ Weight must meet the limit for your registered weight class
Competing in Both Gi & No-Gi
• If you’re doing both Gi and No-Gi, you only need to weigh in once—either in your Gi or your No-Gi gear.
• As long as you’re signed up in the same weight class for both divisions (e.g., featherweight in both), then making weight in either division covers you for both.
• All divisions will have a 0.5kg allowance.

Changes to Registration :
• Deadline : Competitors can make changes up until midnight on Wednesday the 8th October 2025.
• Refunds : If we are unable to match you on the day we will give a refund (minus processing fee - €5) or you can choose to receive a credit for the next event.
