📍 Location: ProAction Gym.  2 Sneezewood Ln, Glen Anil, Durban North, 4051

Weigh ins to start at 8:30am for kids, juniors, and adults.

Rules & Rounds:

All brackets will be double elimination. 

Adults:

5min Time limit. Submission Only

If no submission is achieved by the end of the time limit EBI overtime rules will apply.

Juniors:

5min Time limit. Points and submission

No overtime

Under 15:

3min Time limit. Points and submissions

No overtime

For the Kids Divisions we will always do our best to match age and weight as close as possible and will split the brackets where necessary.


Under 18 Rules:

*NO leg submissions *NO knee reaping

*NO slamming *NO twisters / spinal locks

*NO open palm chokes *NO cervical chokes/ Neck cranks

*NO scissor takedowns *NO striking / kicking

*NO grabbing less than 4 fingers or 5 toes *NO scratching / pinching

*NO elbows or knees on the face *NO forearm across the throat

Beginner division (White belt):

*NO heel hooks *NO knee reaping

*NO Z locks *NO slamming

*NO twisters / spinal locks *NO cervical chokes / neck cranks

*NO scissor takedowns *NO striking / kicking

*NO grabbing less than 4 fingers or 5 toes *NO scratching / pinching

*NO elbows or knees on the face *NO forearm across the throat

Advanced division (Blue to Black Belt):

*NO Z locks *NO slamming

*NO twisters / spinal locks *NO cervical chokes/ neck cranks
