What are the registration prices and deadlines?
Early Bird Entry is R350 until 16th January, 11:59pm. Kids and Adult Regular Entry are R500 from 17th January to 1 February, 11:59pm. Kids and Adult Late Entry are R650 from 2nd February to 5th February 2026 20:00pm.
How do I register for the event?
Click the "Register to event" button on the event page. If registering a competitor younger than 18, register the competitor's name, age, and details rather than your own.
Are competition fees refundable?
No. Competition fees are not refunded for wrong registrations, not showing up, being disqualified for overweight, not being at registration and/or weigh-in, or any other reasons.
What payment methods are available?
Payment can be made directly into the listed ABSA or NEDBANK bank accounts for BJJ Events SA. The payment reference must contain the competitor's name.
Where should I send proof of payment?
Mail proof of payment to admin@bjjevents.co.za with the athlete name as the reference.
