Rules: IBJJF rules/points, the only difference is there are no advantages.

Normal Registration - Kids/Teens 1 division €47 / 2 divisions €64 (Gi/Nogi) until Aug 30th

Adults 1 division €55 / 2 divisions €80 (Gi/Nogi) / 3 divisions €100 (Gi/Nogi/absolute) / 4 divisions €120 (Gi/Nogi/both absolutes) until Aug 30th

Late registration - Kids/Teens 1 division €57 / 2 divisions €74 (Gi/Nogi) until Sept 9th

Adults 1 division €65 / 2 divisions €90 (Gi/Nogi) / 3 divisions €110 (Gi/Nogi/absolute) / 4 divisions €130 (Gi/Nogi/both absolutes) until Sept 9th

Absolute divisions are €40 if you're looking to enter without doing regular Gi/Nogi division also. Absolute divisions are discounted to €20 if you've entered Gi or Nogi divisions.

Changing divisions: After late registration closes, all competitors (or coaches, parents) have until 5PM the following day to make any changes. These changes can be made by logging in & modifying your details. After this change deadline, it will no longer be available to access & change. Competitors who are on their own in a division can change to move up a division or cancel their registration for a full credit. Refund policy: Refunds can be gotten up until the late reg date via emailing events@grapplecity.com along with reason for refund request.

For the couple of days from the late registration deadline until the tournament itself, we largely like to issue credits only as its easier/less hassle. 

If you're injured, you will be issued a credit.

If the registration deadline passes & there is no one in your division, we will aim to move you to a different division where possible (you will receive communication in relation to this), if there's no suitable merger available you will be refunded.

Brackets & Schedule: Event brackets will be released at 12 midday on Sept 11th. You can see when your match is on by monitoring your smoothcomp page. TV screens in the venue on the day will also show this.

If the registration deadline passes & there is no one in your division, we will aim to move you to a different divison where possible (you will receive communication in relation to this). 

If there isn't a suitable merger available, a credit will be raised in line with our refund policy. This can be used on any of our tournaments.

Weigh Ins: Visit the weigh in desk immediately once you pass registration desk. You only need to weigh in once (without Gi on) for both divisions.

When can competitors change divisions?
