WEIGH-IN
Weigh-in from 8.15 am
PRE DATE WEIGH IN ( one day before): in the venue 18:00 - 20:00
Takes place on the day of the event. You must weigh-in anytime from the event opening until 60 minutes before your scheduled division start time. You must have officially weighed in by this hour before your division time and have made the weight, or else you will be disqualified and removed from the bracket.
EVERY COMPETITOR has to check in at the weigh-in, even Ultra Heavy, to verify your presence.

COMPETITION FORMAT
The format of each division depends on the number of registered athletes in that bracket. Every athlete is guaranteed more than one match.
2 athletes – best of three
The first athlete to win two matches takes gold.
3 athletes – round robin
Everyone fights everyone. Final standings are decided by the group table.
4 athletes or more – double elimination
Brackets with four or more athletes are run in a double elimination format. A single defeat does not end your day: an athlete who loses drops into the repechage and continues to fight there for the bronze medal. The gold medal match is contested between the two athletes who remain undefeated in the main bracket. A second defeat eliminates the athlete from the competition. This guarantees every athlete at least two matches.
Absolute division – single elimination
The absolute division is run in a straight single elimination bracket. One defeat means elimination; the two losing semi-finalists meet in a bronze medal match.
Merging of brackets
Brackets with too few registered athletes will be merged – first with the next weight class, and if necessary with the neighbouring age or belt/experience division. Affected athletes will be informed on site. If no opponent can be found even after merging, the entry fee will be refunded.

5 minutes - Female and Male Adult White belts, Youth Divisions
5 minutes - Female and Male Adult Blue belts
5 minutes - Female and Male Adult Purple belts
5 minutes - Female and Male Adult Brown/Black belts
5 minutes - Female and Male Master White, Blue, Purple, Brown and Black belts
WEIGHT DIVISIONS
Adult/Master: Gi - White/Blue/Purple/ Brown+Black
Adult/Master: NoGi - Beginner/Advanced/Expert
FIGHT TIME
Stay updated before and during the tournament on Smoothcomp, follow the live brackets on the screens or on your phone. It is your own responsibility to show up on time at the Warming Up Area. Find out your dynamic starting time.
REFUND POLICY
YOU CAN REQUEST A REFUND YOURSELF DURING THE EARLY OR NORMAL REGISTRATION PERIOD.
Before the REGISTRATION deadline, a full coupon credit is offered regardless of circumstances. After this deadline, credits are issued only if the competitor has no scheduled matches. Unforeseen circumstances such as withdrawals, no-shows, empty divisions, or schedule changes may occur and do not warrant exceptions to this policy. Travel to the event is at your own discretion, and the organizer is not responsible for any related expenses. By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept this policy.
