Amazing gym and great people. The owner and head coach Rourke is extremely knowledgeable teacher and designs excellent programs. The assistant coaches are also very skilled and open to share their experience. Many courses here for all levels of experience from kids classes to competitive mma. They also have a well equipped power lifting gym for strength training which is awesome. Highly recommend and honoured to be part of this team.

I’ve trained at many gyms, but Surrey MMA genuinely stood out. From day one, they offered personalized attention—even to brand-new students—something I haven’t often found elsewhere. Along with that focused support, they also provide valuable insights into different fighting styles, helping you develop or refine the approach that suits you best. The environment is very welcoming as well for people of all skillsets.

Rourke, who runs the place, is a phenomenal instructor and martial artist. There is a great community of people that have been going for years. No matter your skill level or athleticism, this is a great place to learn and develop yourself. Couldn't recommend this place enough! Amazing for exercise, discipline and making real fighters. Been a member for over 5 years and will always come back.
