Working with Performx PT has been a great experience. I’ve had a chronic Achilles tendon issue for over 10 years. I’ve tried other PT, orthotics, acupuncture, and more! Over the past year or so, Performx has been guiding me through the exercises to get the tissue to remodel. Unlike other doctors I’ve worked with, they don’t call it quits after 6 months or tell me I need surgery. They apply knowledge and expertise to the problem and don’t give up.

Dalton was outstanding. Extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and thorough in how he approached my hip issue. He took the time to actually listen, explained the “why” behind what he was seeing, and laid out a clear, logical plan instead of rushing to conclusions. Very professional, collaborative, and confidence-building. Exactly the kind of PT you want when things are complex.

I tore my ACL for the second time and my meniscus for the nth time skiing last season in my right knee, and I decided to get surgery again. I knew from experience that one of the main factors determining the difficulty of recovery was the fitness/strength at the time of entering surgery, so I sought out the best PT in the area I could find, and I found it! During the first prehab eval, I quickly realized Dalton knew his stuff. I learned a lot from him about biomechanics that I had never been discussed in prior knee rehabs. We went to work for a solid 6 weeks before surgery, and I felt confident in the fitness I had amassed during that time. I had a successful procedure, which was an ACL reconstruction and meniscus transplant, and only a few days after surgery, we got back to work. I was non-weight-bearing for close to 8 weeks, so Dalton was creative and had a great plan for me. We were ahead of schedule throughout the entire process, and I credit Dalton, but he won't take the credit. Dalton is an outstanding Physical Therapist and an even better guy. I always look forward to my sessions...there is no doubt they are tough, but super rewarding when you see the payoff. I am 4 months post-surgery, and back to running and jumping. Still only about halfway, but I am confident I will be back to my more extreme sports, stronger than ever, and I wouldn't have that confidence without the help of Dalton and the entire team at Performx. Thank you!

I have been through numerous health-care funded PT programs without much success. It always felt I was a number and the PT Tech was following a standard roadmap. Often I had more than one tech in a PT session. Then I hear about PerformX. What a difference! One PT Expert from start to finish, with no hand-offs! Maya and the team at PerformX really helped tailor a rehab program specific to my injury, especially since the doctor suggested I forego knee surgery. On top of that, she provided a list of ongoing exercises to help me build strength and mobility. I feel better, I move better and my knees are stronger. PerformX is very wise choice!

Between work and working out I managed to tear up my shoulder. I was told by a doctor I’d probably need surgery. I met with Dalton at Performx, he layed out a straight forward treatment plan and we went for it. Now things are healed up and working great, no surgery. I highly recommend seeing them if you have a nagging pain that won’t go away,
