Had a fantastic experience training at The Mango Tree! As a frequent visitor to the island, I was thrilled to find a Muay Thai gym where I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in - Mahalo Coach Ant! The coaches are friendly, knowledgeable, and provide excellent instruction, making the session both fun and challenging. The students were equally welcoming, creating a great training atmosphere. The nitty gritty: the gym was easy to find, clean, and there's free parking for the first hour across the street. I highly recommend The Mango Tree to anyone looking to train while in Hawaii!

I was only around for a week and was only able to get a few sessions in, but the few that I did were great. The team at Mango Tree were professional and super welcoming, taking the time to chat with me before and after the first class. You can tell that the quality of the classes and coaches are top tier here, and if I am ever back, would love to spend more time at the gym and their facilities. The gym also has a lifting section and plenty of bags. I was able to come by for open gym time too which fit better with my schedule for the week. Thanks to the team at Mango Tree, hope to be back again one day!

What an incredible pleasure to find Mango Tree on my trip to Hawaii. My first impressions as I walked through the door was that of a serious gym, that was still welcoming for people wanting to get started. Great setup and atmosphere. I joined the clinch session followed by a sparring class with Kru Richard. It was intense, fun with a beautiful spirit that binds all of us together in the sport being so clear as everyone dug in. If you are visiting or on the island make the effort, bring your gear and make sure you visit. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

Super friendly group, which is awesome. Training is more on with traditional Muay Thai style. Staff actually took the time to talk with me to make sure I was signed up for the right class based on my training experience and moved appropriately. I wish I had come to this gym at the beginning of my trip! I’ll definitely be back!

I came to visit Oahu for a vacation and I have to say that this gym definitely offers a real MuayThai experience. The owner Rich along with his students and staff are welcoming people and they have created such a safe and awesome environment for people who not only wants to train and have a good workout, but to learn the art of MuayThai. Their classes are well structured and very technical. So if you’re a resident of Oahu and would like to learn the sport of MuayThai or just travelling like myself but has the love for the sport, make sure to stop by in one of their locations around the island. Happy Training! 🙏🏽
