Amazing training environment! Great culture, skillful practitioners, and quality instruction. Professor Rod made my wife and I feel like we were his students, even though we only did a drop-in while on vacation. We will definitely be back!
Posted 8 months agoThis place is really special! We were just visiting, but the gym culture at Mano is amazing. Everyone was super friendly. The instructors and students have beautiful technique and the rolls were super fun.
Posted 8 months agoI dropped in for the Tuesday morning Gi class. We got stellar instruction from Professor AJ and had some awesome sparring rounds towards the end. Everyone was super friendly! They have a great culture and it shows. I highly recommend Mano Jiu Jitsu! Can't wait to come back!
Posted 1 year agoGreat spot to train while in Hawaii. This was my second time dropping in at Mano. The vibes here cannot be beat! Laid back environment, but with high level instruction and tough rolls! I will definitely train here again whenever I come back to the island.
Posted 1 year agoAwesome place to train! From the minute I spoke to Rod on the phone to inquire about some training , he made me feel very welcomed. And when I finally met him he made me feel like family. Training and instruction was top notch! Everybody was super cool . Look forward to training again with them when I visit oahu again. Thank you to everybody I trained with!🤙🏽
