Been going to this gym for about two months now and I’m loving it. The classes have a nice combination of fitness and technique worked into them. I plan on enrolling my son in the summer, watching the younger kids train before the adult classes is awesome. They are so impressive and have what seems like a very respectful relationship with their instructors. The gym is more like a school in my eyes with the training and wearing of uniforms but you can tell the instructors truly care about training everyone regardless of the current level they are at.
My son has been going here for over a year. In that time, we have seen a tremendous change in him. He’s gain confidence, strength and has learned to protect himself. We truly appreciate all of the instructors to making a difference and continuously pouring not only my son but the other kids and adult that they see.
Sensei Jose knows (and employs) exemplary ground coaching to build a strong foundational knowledge base on the mat.
Challenging and fun…the curriculum is second to none and guaranteed to build self-discipline, strength, and endurance on the ground!
Location has classes for all ages from kids to adults that are designed to maximize on class size and experience level while building strength and experience.
2Knuckles MMA is a clean and challenging dojo of the discipline that is giving my kids an edge in self-defense and body control!
If you are looking for a fun workout that's never boring, you have come to the right place. I recently joined when my gym of 3 years closed it's doors. I had a blast during the trial workout and never felt pressured for anything I couldn't do. I knew right away it was my new gym home. The atmosphere is energetic, motivating and supportive. The Coach is knowledgeable and pushes you to challenge yourself in a fun way, without being overbearing. My favorite part is that they cater to all skill levels, so whether you're a beginner or experienced, you'll feel right at home. All of the members, new and experienced, are super welcoming and non-judgmental. So, whether you're looking for a fun way to stay active, an exciting workout, or want to learn new skills, I say, definitely give it a try! Hope to see you on the mat!
My kid goes here and I guess time management isn't something the owner focuses on. Class was suppose to start at 6:00pm and it's 6:20pm and they just now started. It's seems unorganized maybe it's me. Then when you ask questions because you pay for the service it's well you can withdrawal. Start class on time and be a good coach not rude because you were in the wrong. Well to say my kid no longer goes there because I will not be talked to in a disrespectful way when I'm playing for a service that you're not providing. Coach Cook is wonderful and starts class on time. My husband said he's the only reason why he kept my son there.
