Amazing place to go and train brilliant coaches especially the work nico puts in for you and well equipped did my 8 weeks uwbc training here for the second time. now signing up for there new Boxing classes amazing place amazing people

Fantastic place to train No Gi BJJ in Stockport. Great atmosphere, very welcoming. Knowledgeable coach who took time to go through positions and explain them well. Felt like a safe environment for training. Also decent changing room and shower facilities. 🤙

One of the best gym/ team atmospheres I’ve been in. Focused, hard-working, but still friendly and supportive. Would recommend to people of all levels, beginners will find an environment where people are very friendly and willing to help you out, while more advanced people will find others who are willing to challenge you and help you improve.

I had the pleasure of visiting Central Performance for an open mat on Saturday, and I actually got there an hour early! So, I took a drilling class. The coaching and drills from Jordan were absolutely top-notch. We went with 10 of the lads from catch, and it was absolutely amazing how we all clicked and got along brilliantly, talking and sharing tips and ideas so we all improved. No egos here! This is high-level Jiu-Jitsu and grappling gym that was absolutely brilliant. It's certainly highly recommended if you're interested in starting Jiu-Jitsu and grappling, or experienced and I'll definitely be visiting again.

Excellent facility, expert coaching. A fantastic place to train, from the day 1 beginner to an experience competitor. There really is something for everyone. Head coach Jordan makes everyone feel respected and welcome. Couldn't ask for more from a MMA/BJJ Gym !

On behalf of Chloe; I am week 7 into my white collar training with central performance, I didn’t have the motivation to go back to the gym after having a little one 5 years ago, since starting my training with central performance my confidence has escalated and I am loving all the new challenges and being back at the gym. Everyone is so welcoming and understanding, they explain things very well to make sure you are confident with what you are doing and overall are lovely people. The place is really well kept and always clean and tidy. I will definitely try to return once the event has finished, definitely recommend x

Huge mat space, top of the range equipment and coaching from three blackbelts. Absolute no-brainer. I've known and trained with these guys now for many years and their top priority is to create a safe space for learning and a strong community for you to become the best martial artist you can be, regardless of goal.
