I've been training here for a few weeks now. There are awesome coaches here. Everything from my cardio to my striking to my confidence has improved. This places extremely nice with great mats, heavy bags, a cage if you're training MMA. I highly recommend five stars

Great gym. I love the relaxed atmosphere and family vibe. Brian Daniel and his coaching crew have decades of experience in the fight game and can tailor their approach for each person’s experience level. Best of all whatever level of experience you have Colorado Combative Sports Academy can get you fights and victories.

Amazing gym. Before joining I had never done MMA before. I was really nervous the first time I went, but the owners immediately helped me get set up and feel comfortable. The coaches and everyone else are extremely nice. Going to practice is now the thing I look forward to every week!!

A spin off from traditional martial arts training, where professionals and ameteurs of all ages are met where they're at, and personal attention is provided for those who need that extra detail work. Nobody is left behind. This academy is led by UFC and BKFC fighters who want everyone to have an opportunity to train without worrying about enormous academy tuition. There is no special recipe to raise up fighters here. No fighter's/practitioner's journey is universal, and these guys totally get it. At Colorado Combative Sports academy, we feel like family. Come check it out.

CCSA does a great job keeping everyone on task and making a fun educational environment. CCSA has assembled a great coaching staff that can reach beginners to pros.

CCSA Is Deceptive Around Membership Policies & Offer a Boring Boxing Class — Upon signing up, you receive zero paper or electronic invoice mapping out the terms & conditions of your membership. I learned this upon canceling, but apparently the membership policy is listed on their website. The co-owner, Jamie, claims she tells everybody this during the sign up process, in which I do not believe I was given this courtesy, however, it’s simply lazy not to send out a written copy. Therefore, I was charged an additional month after I requested to cancel my no-contract membership. Additionally, the boxing class (the only one offered) is advertised as “all levels adult/teen striking” however, I found if you’re older than the 7th grade, you might find it understimulating. Lastly, this is much less of a big deal, just something gross to note: even though I only attended this gym for a handful of months, not once was there ever paper towels in the bathroom. I can only imagine how many individuals just opted not to wash their hands because of that. I had really high hopes for this MMA gym, but unfortunately the way it’s managed, it’s very obvious this is a side business for the owners and not their main priority.
