I can't believe I haven't rated this business yet, but please know that this is the best, most thorough and down to earth place to train. For you or your children, you're going to be shown with respect and with dignity. The owner is amazing, and that's reflected through the coaches as well.

Hello, I highly recommend this gym. I was traveling with work and was looking to make better use of my time. I ended up signing up. You really get what you put in. The workouts are intense, and the instructors are very knowledgeable. I wish they had something like this back home. Also, the cost is very reasonable. Im sure this is intentionally done to give anyone the opportunity to get in shape and change their lives. This is a small gym with a lot of heart. There are no egos, and everyone is ready and willing to help you grow. Big thanks to Eric and the Muay Thai instructor. If I'm ever in the area, I definitely will go back.

Eric and Tim are top notch coaches. Both have been active fighters, as are the other trainers. They are good at giving helpful tips and practical advice. There’s always plenty of people to spar at this gym too

My kids and I love this gym!!!! This gym is a complete MMA gym has a variety of mix martial arts. Boxing and jujitsu are our favorite. All the coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and there’s really good training partners. If you’re just starting or are an experienced fighter this is the gym to go.

This is a real boxing and mixed discipline gym full of absolute killers in every discipline. This is where you come to learn to fight and to test yourself. On the flip side the kids programs must be really good because those classes have so many little ones. Eric and Tim are fantastic coaches that live and breathe these sports. So happy I randomly stumbled across this place and avoided the flashy big name gyms that charge 3x as much for inferior coaching and facilities.

The best MMA/Jiu Jitsu gym in the Salt Lake Valley! I trained here for a few months and really appreciated the good vibe and skilled instructors. Is MMA your thing? Want somewhere that will help prep you for your first fight? You're in luck! Muay Thai? They have dedicated classes to that too! Jiu Jitsu? Yea, that's there too. They even did a tournament while I was there, and were prepping for another one when I left. Boxing classes are also on the schedule here as well. It's really just a well rounded martial arts gym.

Excellent group of teachers and students. Although I haven't taken advantage of it, many of the instructors also offer one-on-one instruction for the more serious fighters. I tried the Jiu Jitsu class for a while and I love their black belt Ma'fu but I really fell in love with the boxing class with Tim. Thank you guys! Looking forward to many lessons

I went to the boxing classes a few times a week for about 6 months before moving out of state. The coaches know their stuff and make opportunities for one on one training especially if you get involved in the sparring. The facilities are high quality. I felt like when I went I got a great workout, and improved my technique and strategy. I would have liked to continue to attend and get a few fights under my belt and I think fight city slc would have been a great gym to achieve those goals.

Awesome gym. Coaches are welcoming and make it easy to walk in. Clean facility. I left another gym to join Fight City because Coach Eric and coach Tim have a combined knowledge of Boxing, MMA , Muay Thai and jiu jitsu that is unmatched. Both coaches are decorated and experienced fighters and teach real fundamentals and techniques. They have classes for all experience levels.

What a time! I was nervous to attend my first Boxing class. I got there and Eric was working with the kids. Doing a great job at it. Facitilities are nice, clean and welcoming. Eric came up to me after his session and started talking me through things and we got set up. I trained with Todd who was great! I got a good workout and am beat, but pumped and excited that I've already learned some technique. All the people there were very friendly and I felt a part of the group right away. Signed up today and am looking forward to learning more technique, getting fit and working on being good enough to spar! If your looking to learn technique and or just to have fun and have a great workout. This is the place. Next step is to get my two boys involved!

Rude owner... If you cancel your membership, he'll go on about how you're giving him "extra homework" to do because of the paperwork involved and because I requested a receipt for the cancellation fee. *response to owner There was absolutely no misunderstanding when we spoke over the phone and you told me that I was giving you extra homework 3 times. You were rude and unprofessional. When I brought up the instance that happened 2 months prior of you gladly accepting my credit card info over the phone but would not accept my cancelation over the phone your response was "if you're asking me if I would go out of my way to get paid, then you're right". There is no misunderstanding there, just unprofessionalism.

We moved 50 miles away and at the same time I gave birth during covid shut down. I notified the club in writing via email i needed to cancel. Membership was never cancelled. I noticed it 10 months later still hitting my credit card. I contacted Eric again. He finally cancelled the membership but refused to refund anything. I am persuing legally.
