  Professor Stan was welcoming, academy was clean, the instruction and class structure was well organized. The 6am class was well attended with 9 students. Team no sleep wins! Instruction was armbar offense against their arm weave defense and in a short amount of time he covered 3 options from basic to an escalated skill level. The mat was opened after class bowed out. He knew each students name and paired drilling for skill levels. Short time but well done!

  I was there to see my grandson receive his yellow belt there the owner Stan is kind and courteous to all the people and to his members who have classes at Renzo Gracie Jiu Jitsu

  If you are thinking about trying Jiu Jitsu, I recommend coming to Renzo Gracie in Salt Lake City. Stan is a very patient, knowledgeable instructor who will help you effectively grow your skillset. The classes are enjoyable and I always feel welcome. Give it a try!

  Highly recommend Renzo Gracie Jiu-Jitsu of Salt Lake City. Training has been an incredible experience for both myself and my daughter. As an adult, I appreciate the detailed instruction and focus on proper technique and safety. My daughter absolutely loves the classes—Coach Stan and the team are great. Initially I was nervous to join, but the community is 100% positive, respectful, and truly focused on helping everyone improve. Highly recommend for anyone interested in high-quality training!
