Simply the best. Great instructors lead by the head Professor Alex. Moves are not just explained, but broken down and conceptually explained so you know why you are doing that move. Do not wait. Just go and experience a trial session.
Gracie Barra Bromley isn’t just a gym, it’s a community. The coaching is world-class but the vibe is friendly and inclusive. Great for adults, kids, beginners and experienced students.

I started at Gracie Barra in September, the moment I had my trial class, i was welcomed in, from other students and the instructors (Proffessors) that would come every day if I had the time.
This place has become such an integral part of my life in just a short time, but that wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for the community and the passion and care from Proffessor Alexander Gianozzi - an excellent role model and human.
My son will be starting here the moment he is old enough and I cant recommend this place to come to as a school, high enough. This is the true art of Brazilian Jiujutsu - not a place to crush others, but to build them up to their potential.
Our sons have been attending Gracie Barra Bromley for a few months now and we are very pleased with their engagement and growing interest. Great full body exercise and philosophy.

I’ve been training here for three years, and this place has become so much more than a gym — it’s a family. Professor Alexander Giannozzi and Professor Fabio , my sparring partners and friends I’ve made here have all shaped me in ways I’ll never forget.
The atmosphere is motivating, respectful, and full of positive energy. Everyone supports each other, pushes each other, and grows together. The mindset I’ve built here has helped me not only in Jiu-Jitsu, but in my life outside the mats as well.

As a parent, I can’t speak highly enough about Gracie Barra Bromley. From the very first class, the professors made my child feel welcomed, supported, and excited to learn. They strike the perfect balance between discipline and fun, teaching not only solid Jiu Jitsu skills but also respect, confidence, focus, and perseverance. The instructors are patient, encouraging, and truly invested in every student’s progress. What impresses me most is the emphasis on safety and positive behaviour. The mats are clean, the classes are organised. You can tell they genuinely care about the kids, both on and off the mats.

Gracie Barra Bromley is a truly special place—not just for learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but for helping children develop discipline, confidence, and a genuine love for sport. Professor Felipe, Vitor, Alex, Carol, and the entire coaching and support team are incredibly professional, caring, and positive.
As a retired athlete, I know that a child falls in love with sport only if they first connect with their coach—and I truly believe this is exactly what happens here. The environment is welcoming, structured, and full of positive energy.
And beyond Jiu-Jitsu, your child will pick up some extra skills too—like counting in Portuguese! Huge thanks to Professor Felipe for making learning both fun and enriching.

I joined GB Bromley in February. Having experienced some other BJJ schools in my time, I can tell this place is by a long margin superior than most in multiple aspects. The facilities are clean and well kept, located a prime location in Bromley village, it boosts a healthy and vibrating community, it is very family friendly, training partners reflect the school's culture of respect and sympathy on and off the mat and above all; professors and coaches are exceptional. I try to pay a visit on every opportunity and now bring my 2 children too, who are more than happy to roll with Dad on the mat or at home. Thanks, Professors!
My daughter has developed a strong passion for jujitsu, and it's been a remarkable journey for her. Not only is she having a lot of fun, but the practice has also significantly boosted her self-confidence. The best martial arts school I have ever been to!
More than classes, Gracie Barra Bromley truly is a family. And the instructors are top notch, always willing to help and go the extra mile. Having done years of striking arts I was apprehensive to start BJJ as I would be at the very bottom but I was welcomed from day 1 and now Gracie Barra Bromley is very much an important part of my life. Thank you Alex, Carol, Felipe, Vitor etc! :-)

We arrived 4 minutes late and they didn't allow our 3 years old to attend an introduction session despite seeing how disappointed he was, very rude don't recommend to put your child to such a bad experience at all.
