I can’t recommend Pat highly enough! His passion for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is infectious, and his great sense of humor makes every session fun and engaging. Pat really knows how to create a sense of community. Everyone, from kids to adults, feels like they belong, and the camaraderie among students is a testament to the inclusive and supportive environment he fosters. I made many great friends along the way and felt very welcomed from day 1. If you're looking for a place to train BJJ where you'll improve, make friends, and have a blast along the way, join TRICCS!

My son has been really enjoying Patrick's classes since starting 2 years ago. He has gained confidence in his movements and increased his level of physicality. My son has enjoyed progressing through his belts under Patrick's careful guidance every step of the way. I would highly recommend!!

My 2 boys have been going to Triccs for about 1.5 years and they love it! Patrick is a fantastic instructor striking the right balance between making the classes fun and interesting for kids but at the same time ensuring they learn and be respectful. I'd highly recommend Triccs to any parents looking to get their children into BJJ!
