Pat really knows how to create a sense of community. Everyone, from kids to adults, feels like they belong, and the camaraderie among students is a testament to the inclusive and supportive environment he fosters.   Great sport for bonding with your kids. Good and friendly environment for learning. Patrick takes his time to teach everybody the Jiu Jitsu at all stages. Excellent camaraderie among all students, everybody helps each other and are friendly and polite.

  My son has been really enjoying Patrick's classes since starting 2 years ago. He has gained confidence in his movements and increased his level of physicality. My son has enjoyed progressing through his belts under Patrick's careful guidance every step of the way. I would highly recommend!!

  TRICCS Have been great. Take all 3 of my chrildren and really happy with the flexibility of lessons availability and quality of teaching. Patrick adapts for the different age bands brilliantly.

  My 2 boys have been going to Triccs for about 1.5 years and they love it! Patrick is a fantastic instructor striking the right balance between making the classes fun and interesting for kids but at the same time ensuring they learn and be respectful. I'd highly recommend Triccs to any parents looking to get their children into BJJ!
