Gracie Barra Capalaba has been an amazing space for our 7 & 4 year old boys. Professor is wonderful with the kids & has installed the importance of respect, good behaviour & listening. The kids are learning valuable life skills & even as parents watching on, we are too! The Capalaba GB is family run business & they are the kindest family. Cannot recommend this place more!! We love it here 😊

My son has been attending Gracie Barra Capalaba for some time now and cannot wait for his class every week. This family run business is faultless in everything they do. The attention to detail and the support for the kids is second to none. Would highly recommend to anyone who’s wanting to learn self defence

Great Gym. The people are very friendly (and skilled) and the coach is a great teacher. Can't recommend this gym enough 5/5.

Started jiu jitsu for self defense and confidence. This has done more than that! Roan and Keenan are both amazing teachers and help when needed and support your growth! The community is amazing as well! The girls are always backing each other and helping each other! Couldn’t recommend it more!
