I highly recommend Carlson Gracie Redlands for all adults and kids classes. We have been going there since it opened and have found it to be a very wholesome community. As well as being very welcoming and supportive with each and everyone that has joined our community over the years. We have made many friends since joining 😊
Amazing trainers that actually take the time to make sure you know exactly what you are doing. There are no egos, everyone is happy to help and guide you to be the best you can be. Its great for the whole family with a range of different times for kids classes to work with just about any schedule. I cant recommend this place enough!
If you’re looking to try something new or join a club with an outstanding culture, this is the place. There are no egos here just friendly, supportive people helping each other enjoy and improve in the sport. The atmosphere is welcoming, and genuinely positive. Great job to everyone involved; I’m proud to be part of such a fantastic team.

I don’t often remember to write reviews, but when a place has such a profound impact on my family’s life, it deserves far more than just a Google review. What started as enrolling my daughter to build her resilience and confidence has completely exceeded all expectations. It’s become her absolute passion, something she throws herself into and truly loves. Not only has she grown in confidence and resilience, but she’s also learned the value of hard work, that losses are opportunities to learn, and not to let setbacks define her. None of this would have been possible without the incredible coaches she trusts and now looks up to as role models. I decided to give it a go myself and it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The ladies’ classes are fantastic: safe, supportive, and welcoming. The adult classes are just as great. I always feel respected, comfortable, and I genuinely have so much fun every session. The coaches are top notch, and the community is something really special. Thank you Ben!
My son joined Carlson Gracie at the start of the year. He LOVES it!! We have found everyone to be super welcoming, the coaches are so helpful and caring to all the kids. So thankful we have found somewhere he feels safe, supported and encouraged to reach his goals while learning something new.
I've been training at CG Redlands for a few months now and it has been unreal. You wont find a better group of guys/gals to train with. Ben has built a great sense of community and everyone is super welcoming, Should be super proud of what he has built! New Professor JC is the man, Very knowledgable and approachable and it's great to have Thiago, Fabio, Ben, Tyson & Gareth running classes as well. If you're looking for a review to push you over the edge, this is your sign, book the trial class!
