Mini muscles is a all inclusive lesson focusing on coordination and motor skills for all levels. Good ratio of instructors to students and instructors and well diversed and patient. Very impressed and would recommend to any parent with a child looking to harness such skills. 5 stars!!

From BJJ, Muay Thai, JKD, Silat and Kali to women’s self defense, strength training and the kids must do mini muscle classes ... there is something for everyone and all ages are welcome. Posted 1 year agoCookie and her team of instructors are absolutely amazing! 😊 When I started out I had no experience at all with Martial Arts but there are always instructors around to help those of us who might be struggling, making their classes perfect for anyone, no matter their skill level 😊 PMAAI has such a welcoming, supportive and respectful environment and I couldn’t recommend them enough 😊

Their knowledge, guidance and wisdom is unrivaled in Queensland. They demonstrate patience, persistence, humility, understanding and care, and can work with any student irrespective of age or ability. The academy has strong ties with Guro Daniel Inosanto, Sifu Francis and Jean Jacques Machado, which often hold seminars. But this aside, all the instructors are genuine, caring and helpful people who just want to help people grow.
