Been training at KO Gym for a UWCB (White collar) event and honestly couldn’t recommend it more.
If you’re looking for somewhere to train in a safe, friendly environment with no egos, this is it. They offer everything. Boxing, MMA, Wrestling, Muay Thai! But what really stands out is how welcoming it is, especially for beginners or anyone building their confidence.
I’ve been focusing on boxing, and the support has been unreal. Coach Bill and Coach Shay are both top-tier, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping you improve, no matter your starting level.
Whether you’ve never stepped into a gym before or you’re preparing for something like UWCB, KO Gym creates the kind of atmosphere that pushes you while still making you feel comfortable.
Great place, great people, great energy.
KO... LETS-GO!
I’ve been boxing training at KO Combat twice a week for 3 months now and I love it. The coaches are brilliant, really friendly and encouraging. The classes are so welcoming and respectful. I’m feeling fitter than I have done in a long while and I never realised how much fun hitting a heavy bag is. Seriously, forget any pre-conceptions you might have of what a boxing gym is like and try it out. I’m 56 years old next week and my only regret is, I didn’t try it earlier.
It's a hidden gem 💎
This place has become a home away from home, a community club where everyone is so lovely and friendly. My sons 9 and 10 train here for past 2 and half years.
The 4 arches offers a wide range of martial arts for all to try and explore. They have different levels that cater from casual to professional.
Ever since registering, we have been here pretty much every day training during the week. My sons participate in interclubs which tests their technique, courage and heart. Building their confidence and personality.
I personally love clinch (my favourite) as well as muay thai and boxing. I hope to do some BJJ and improve my groundwork. Looking long term at MMA.
Thank you to kru Bill for creating such a wonderful place where people can come and learn in a safe environment 🙏

I joined KO this time last year, originally to do Muay Thai, not knowing that jiu-jitsu is where I would find my passion! I went with my friend for the first few weeks and the more I went, the more the techniques stuck and even more enjoyable it became!! Coach Bob always makes the environment friendly, fun and safe (all priorities for me as a woman in a male dominated sport!!). I’ve gained confidence, resilience and my metal health has never been better. I can’t urge you enough to try a class, especially for women- and stick at it for at least a few weeks- you will become addicted to the learning and fun!
WHAT A GYM!
The level of coaching is top class - Bobby is an incredibly talented coach who really knows how to get the best out of everyone, regardless of experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, friendly and the people training here genuinely make it a great place to be.
Hard training, a great vibe and constant improvement every session.
Highly recommended!
