Josh is an incredible high-level wrestling coach. He has a rare gift for breaking down complex, advanced techniques into simple, bite-sized details that anyone can grasp, regardless of their experience level. He always does his best in going around the room to make sure members understand the techniques in depth and corrects mistakes, even if the room is really busy. What makes this room truly rare and special is the environment. It has a fantastic mix of both high-level wrestlers and absolute beginners, which is hard to find. Everyone trains hard together, and the culture is incredibly respectful. As someone whose faith requires me to not train with the opposite gender, the coaches and the members have been completely accommodating of my religious boundaries. Knowing I can pursue elite training in an environment that fully respects my faith means the world to me. I highly recommend Josh and this gym!

Great experience here, the community and instructors are great. I’ve trained in gym for many years solo so this was a new experience and feel stronger and more energised for it.

Trained at a few mma gyms around the worldwide and this is still the best mma coaching out of anywhere that have been. All the classes and coaches are good. Stuart’s mma sessions are particularly elite, the guys super knowledgeable about the sport and cares a lot about the fighters. Josh’s wrestling sessions are great too.

Marco is an amazing instructor for jiujitsu. FZN mats and space is huge, clean and bright. Massive variety of belt colours and loads of good competition. Welcoming community. Great gym

I’ve had a great experience at this gym so far — it’s honestly the best gym in London. The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and there’s always a great atmosphere to train in. A special mention goes to Monika and Lauren at reception — they are always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything you need. Their positive attitude really makes a difference and sets the tone every time you walk in. The head coach Marco Canha is a true professional, and coaches like Chris, Bader make the BJJ experience even more enjoyable and high quality. On top of that, having the opportunity to train with world champions like Anabel López is something really special and sets this gym apart from the rest. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive, professional, and high-level place to train

I joined Fightzone London back in 2018 and it’s honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made. The gym is incredibly welcoming for all levels. The coaches and members create a supportive, friendly environment where you never feel out of place, no matter your experience level. What really sets Fightzone apart is the community. It’s rare to find a gym that’s so inclusive and encouraging while also being home to world-class athletes. You can start as a complete beginner and, at the same time, train alongside and learn from athletes competing at the highest levels. The coaching is top top quality, the atmosphere is motivating, and there’s a real sense that everyone wants to help each other improve. Whether your goal is fitness, confidence, or competing seriously, Fightzone is an exceptional place to train. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Where do I start about Fightzone! World class coaches who help, teach and support you no matter your skill set, age or experience. They promote an inclusive environment which is regularly cleaned after all sessions and have all the necessary changing facilities. A real family atmosphere where you are pushed to your limits whilst still leaving with a smile on your face. No place like it!
