Aegis is great place to learn a new skill. My son has been going for over 6 years, his confidence since starting has increased so much. He has now started training to be assistant instructor; leading warm up and helping other members perfect their skills. The trainer's are fantastic and all members have mutual respect no matter the age.

Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Everyone is super nice and understanding. It’s just such a nice environment to develop your skills in and I highly recommend this place.

Harry has been coming to AEGIS for just over a year now. His listening skills, concentration and patience have all really improved. The instructors are super friendly and always actively on the mat to assist all members regardless of age / ability. There are many classes at good times during the week which offers busy families flexibility !

Really enjoy going here as a family. The instructors are friendly and encouraging and the sessions are really flexible. The app to book in is easy to use too. Our girls (5&7) love building their strength and feel empowered after each session, plus there is huge value in them seeing their parents not finding things as easy as they do sometimes! The culture of respect is great too. Really recommend.

Our son has been attending AEGIS for 4 years and has grown in confidence, attitude and ability. The instructors are fantastic and promote valuable principles for life. This has also had a positive impact on his school work and his report also talks about his positive attitude and willingness to put his hand up and learn. On top of all of this, he is improving his fitness and martial arts skills. We could not recommended AEGIS highly enough!
