The best gym around! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the facilities are kept spotlessly clean. Can't recommend it enough!

From A Client/Member: As a support worker, I have had the privilege of seeing the positive impact that PureGym Coventry and, in particular, Ashley, has had on one of my clients. My client lives with autism and several other challenges that require ongoing support, alongside taking a significant amount of medication. Since joining the gym and building a trusting relationship with Ashley, the future has started to look much brighter. The gym has provided structure, routine, focus, motivation, and a renewed sense of purpose. My client has grown in confidence, developed a healthier relationship with food, and has become more driven to improve their overall wellbeing. Most importantly, some medications have now been reduced as a result of these positive lifestyle changes. This journey could easily have gone in the opposite direction. Without the trust, encouragement, advice, belief, and consistent support that Ashley has provided, these achievements would not have been possible. Thank you, Ashley, for making such a positive difference in someone’s life. Your support has been truly invaluable.

What I like most about this gym is that it’s very close to my house, which means I have time for a quick workout before going to work. The staff is very polite, and the gym is equipped with all the machines you need. There’s also a car park in front, which is very useful. At times it can get crowded, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing because it gives you a reason to change your workout routine or try different exercises for specific muscle groups, which is actually good for your body and muscles. 5*

Sky is an outstanding personal trainer who truly cares about helping people reach their goals. She is motivating, knowledgeable, and always create workouts that are both challenging and enjoyable. Sky takes the time to understand each person’s needs and pushes you to do your best while still being supportive and encouraging. Her positive attitude and dedication make every session something to look forward to. I’ve seen great improvements in my strength, confidence, and overall fitness thanks to Sky’s guidance. Highly recommend Sky to anyone looking for a professional and inspiring trainer!

I’ve recently just started attending the gym. I’ve been receiving personal training sessions from sky, she’s made me feel so at ease coming, getting to know my body better and knowing what limits I can push myself to. Shes more than just a pt, she becomes your friend. Never dread a session because it’s nothing but gains and laughs. I tried out a class tonight called glc with sky as the instructor and I’ll be definitely doing it again. Highly recommend sky as a personal trainer!

The facility itself is fantastic — always clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The location is perfect and easy to access, which makes it so convenient to stay consistent with workouts. The machines and equipment are top-quality and well-maintained. There’s a great variety of equipment available, whether you’re focusing on strength training, cardio, or functional workouts. You never feel limited in your routine, and everything feels modern and safe to use. All of the instructors are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive. They create a motivating atmosphere that makes you want to push yourself while still feeling comfortable and encouraged. A special mention goes to Ashley, who is truly exceptional. His energy, expertise, and dedication stand out every single session. He takes the time to ensure proper form, challenges you to improve, and keeps workouts both effective and enjoyable. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a supportive, high-quality fitness environment! Absolutely five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
