Just finished open mat with these guys and I can tell you they are legit. I've got 8 years on the mats and the coaches here are creating some very solid grapplers. This is definitely a very good gym in the CDA area and I will definitely be back for some more cross training!!

This is my home gym,and favorite place to train in the world. Both the jiu-jitsu and MMA instruction are top notch. No matter whether you’re an adult looking for a place to train or you have a kid that you’re trying to get into self-defense this place has it all available.

Great place to train. I was in town for a work trip, and the team at BPI were incredibly welcoming. Awesome technique shown by the instructor, and the people I trained with. Jason, runs a great gym. Thanks again for the hospitality!

As a woman attending BPI Fight for a year, I can say that I hope anyone starting jiu jitsu would experience a gym like this. There is no incentive from the gym for me to write this review. Jason has a very real approach with people, which I think is a lost art in and of itself. He is a good leader who has brought on board high quality coaches who have a respect for the art form of BJJ and quality instruction that can only come from a genuine love of teaching. The instructors are attentive and take time explaining concepts and techniques. Instead of being lost in formalities, BPI Fight is very realistic. A truly healthy and safe training place is only cultivated by genuine leadership and good character examples and BPI has demonstrated that it is built by both of those. I am truly blessed to be training at a gym with both quality instruction and a good atmosphere.

Incredible instruction and building humans not just teaching classes. They meet you where you are from most elite to just getting rolling. Very blessed to have my kids with such great roll models. Jason, Cody, Zach, Cam, Jon…the whole team is incredible. If you have ever had an interest in Jiu jitsu, you won’t regret it here and get rolling!

I moved to CDA a few months ago and couldn’t be happier that I found this place. Learn from the best, be challenged physically and mentally, and do it in a safe and welcoming environment. A phenomenal jiu jitsu/mma school. Jason and the students here made me feel right at home from first day. The instructions are clear and practical. At my stage, injury avoidance is a high priority. We go hard (optional) but everyone looks out for each other. Jason is at the same time one of the toughest and nicest guys I’ve ever met.

As an ex-athlete that had never been introduced to grappling/combat sports I am so grateful my first introduction to the sport of jiu jitsu was with Jason. Initially I had been considering trying jiu jitsu for about a year with an anxiety about getting started. I had the same common questions most people have before they start. Will I get hurt? Do I have the mental fortitude it takes to be able to handle grappling? Can my ego handle putting myself in a completely new environment where I will have to learn from the very basics while others have been training for years and sometimes decades? All of these questions were answered when I went to the first class with Jason at BPI fighting systems. I felt safe knowing Jason and my training partners would never knowingly put me in a position to get injured. Reassurances and developing a long term vision of what I wanted to get out of jiu jitsu put me in a position to be comfortable in an unknown environment. Understanding from coaches and training partners of how new I was to sport helped me learn, deal with tough training, and grow. Overall, Jason and BPI fighting systems have been one of the best decisions I have made. I’ve learned the sport of jiu jitsu, I’ve gained an amazing community, and I have pushed myself through hard training sessions that has helped me grow as a person.

My son has been doing jiujitsu for almost 3 years. We recently switched to BPI 6 weeks ago and my son is a whole different fighter. He has learned so much already and I love that they focus on technique and form and are not afraid to get down on the mat and grapple with them and help them. Dripping sweat at the end of class every time.

I have the privilege of training under Jason Lambert at BPI Fighting Systems. As a 3rd degree black belt under Roy Harris, Jason brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every class. What sets Jason apart as an instructor is his ability to effectively communicate and teach complex concepts. He has a unique talent for breaking down techniques into relatable movements, making them accessible to students of all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner or an advanced student, Jason's patient and thorough teaching style ensures that everyone can grasp the material and progress in their own journey. Beyond Jiu Jitsu, Jason's extensive experience as a professional fighter adds incredible value to his instruction. His expertise in self-defense, wrestling, kickboxing, and MMA brings a well-rounded approach to the training sessions. He seamlessly integrates these disciplines, providing a comprehensive understanding of martial arts and practical application. The gym itself is a testament to Jason's commitment to excellence. The facility is clean, and well-equiped. The atmosphere is welcoming, and fosters a sense of camaraderie among students. Jason creates a positive and encouraging environment that motivates everyone to push their boundaries and achieve their goals. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to train under Jason Lambert. His passion for Jiu Jitsu, combined with his exceptional teaching skills and extensive fighting background, make him an outstanding instructor. If you're looking for a Jiu Jitsu gym led by a world-class teacher, Jason's gym is the perfect place to train, learn, and grow.

Amazing place to train, very welcoming atmosphere. Whether you’re brand new to martial arts or a seasoned vet you’ll feel right at home. The gym is also very clean with a shower and several bathrooms.

I absolutely love training with Jason! He has a heart for helping others to know how to defend themselves. I have grown so much since training with Jason both on and off the mats!

If you want a place for your kids and family to learn and grow with an amazing environment this is it hands down! We came from a different bjj gym and I can't say enough great things about this place. My kids have been able to soar in not just their skills but in their discipline, individuality, and what it's like to build friendships with great role models. Since the very first day everyone has welcomed us genuinely with open arms and especially all the kiddos who had already been going there. It's so heartwarming to see all the kids run up and immediately take my kids under their wing and make them feel comfortable without any adults pushing them to do it. They're all just great kids! My husband has loved the adult classes and I can easily say we have found a forever home. Thanks Jason for all the hard work you put in to make this all happen!

After having a less than pleasant experience at one of the larger BJJ academies that I won't name here in the area, my 9 year old daughter and I found BPi Fighting System. We are both so happy that we did. The instruction that Coach Jason Lambert offers is absolutely second to none. The culture in this academy is also amazing. Everyone we have met and trained with have been so helpful and caring. We feel so safe training here. Nobody is trying to beat anyone up, and train with respect at your level. I can not recommend this academy enough. Great pricing, and better than amazing skillsets here. Thanks Coach Jason and everyone else at BPi Fighting System!!! You guy's are truly awesome!!!

Went to BPI with an invite from a friend and was impressed with the group of guys they have over there. Their teacher, Jason Lambert provides a structured style of instruction that I find rare in other gyms. His students reflect this level of teaching in the skills they display in their rolling sessions. But not only are the guys tough and skilled but they are aware and bring a sense of enjoyment as well as safety for everyone. I definitely highly recommend BPI!! Thanks guys for having me in to train with you! 🙏🙏
