Excellent place to train. Kieran is really good patient and systematic instructor as well being a high level black belt fighter. The gym is well taken care of and hygienic. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. There is a good mix of belt levels and ages. It's just as good whether you're a competitor, beginner, experienced, injured or older. Highly recommended!

Very welcoming and beginner friendly. Great facilities and great atmosphere in the gym. The instructor is patient and explains techniques in great detail when drilling. I’ve only been going a few weeks and I’m excited for the journey ahead. If anyone’s considering giving jiu jitsu a go or is experienced and looking for a gym locally, I’d highly, highly recommend it here

Been training here for a few weeks now and gotten to know a great bunch of guys. The facilities are top notch and the mats are always spotless. Unlike a lot of gyms that seem to scrimp on heating, it's always been a warm environment in the winter months which helps prevent injuries. Very beginner friendly, but still plenty of experienced guys to push more advance jiu-jitsu players. 5 stars all round.
