Great gym, people and classes with excellent well-maintained facilities. Would recommend to anyone including children!

High level coaching suitable for beginners and experienced guys, great facilities (including a big mat space, gym, sauna and showers), safe training partners, lots of high level people to roll with and learn from. Can't recommend this gym any more- (having coming from another gym) coaches here have helped me a lot to iron out mistakes and work on fundamentals with me. Give them a go.

We really enjoyed our time at outcast, the teaching style is amazing and we found that the coach was really helpful and very knowledgeable, it was great to see that he was free to offer help when needed and always happy and willing to go over the techniques and teach you further if you didn’t completely understand them the first time, I felt like we got a pretty solid understanding of the techniques just because of that. The owner was very friendly and helpful with any questions that we had, we’ll definitely be coming again!

Been training here for a while now and couldn’t be happier. Great atmosphere, knowledgeable coaches who make everyone feel welcome, and clean, well maintained facilities. Highly recommend.

Top-tier coaching, great atmosphere, and a sense of community. Highly recommend for everyone who wants to start jiu-jitsu or MMA. There are also female grappling classes which are a great way to build confidence and skill.
